Before making a bid

Open the original official notice and the buyer’s procurement portal. A screening brief highlights evidence and gaps; it cannot confirm your eligibility or resolve a buyer’s conflicting deadlines.

Missing a briefing

Check the delivery address used at checkout and your spam folder, then contact us with the receipt reference and expected briefing date.

Refunds

See the pilot terms for the proposed refund policy. A refund is only confirmed when it is recorded by the payment provider.
