Proposed pilot terms

Orders are not open. These proposed terms will be reviewed against the identified seller and payment configuration before a purchase can be made.

The service

One initial screening pack and eight scheduled email briefings during a 30-day pilot. The service researches selected UK public procurement notices for fire risk assessments and fire-door inspection work, using the service and region chosen at checkout. A briefing may contain no suitable new matches. Coverage is not exhaustive.

Price and dates

The proposed price is US$79 for one 30-day period, with no automatic renewal. The final tax treatment and start date will be stated on the order page and at checkout before payment. Any later period requires a new purchase.

Delivery and customer information

Delivery is by email. Provide a working delivery address and accurate service and region choices. If those details are missing, we will contact you to complete them. Keep your receipt and check the published schedule. Please contact support if a scheduled brief has not arrived.

Cancellation and refunds

If we cannot begin on the agreed date, you may request a full refund. If the service stops during the pilot, undelivered scheduled briefings will be refunded proportionally. Refunds are returned through the original payment provider. These terms do not limit any rights that cannot lawfully be excluded.

Use and limitations

The research is a starting point for your own bid decision. You remain responsible for reviewing current official notices, amendments, complete procurement documents and your firm’s eligibility. This service does not provide fire-safety or legal advice, write bids, or promise opportunities, qualification or contract wins.

Information handling

When sales are activated, Stripe handles card details. We record a payment reference, delivery email, optional company name, service and region choices, dates, payment/refund status and delivery records to fulfil and support the order. The site does not store card numbers. Support is handled through the published email address. Accounting records will be retained for applicable obligations; the seller’s final privacy notice and retention details will be available before checkout opens.
